Better the Arabs do it tolerably than you do it perfectly. This is their war, and you are here to help them, not to win it for them
.......It may take them lomger and it may not be as good as you think, but if it is their's, it will be better T.E. Lawrence

Hi all. Does anyone know what the costs for the EMT and Paramedic course are? and are they recognised with The Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council in Ireland?

Hi Aled
We are working on a couple of courses for the begining of next year. At the moment we are finalising the details. However I will be in contact with you as soon as we have the dates. I hope this is ok and please pop back to the forum where I will post further info. Just to let you know the IHCD technicians qual will still be around for the foreseable future.
Many Thanks Nige

HI Guys, I'm an Irish EMT also. I just found out about Life Skills 12 week paramedic course and was wondering if anyone had completed this course and returned to work in Ireland ?? If so how did you get on with PHECC and the course recognition.
Cheers

All, As a a developing EMT, considering the future possible registration and regulation of "Technician". I am looking for advise on the best route to building a good quality portfolio, with demonstration of CPD. There are a few websites out there - www.cpdme.com - and literature/folders that can be purchased or subscibed to. Has or is anybody using these for their own portfolio & CPD or has anybody got any advice on the subject at all please Paul
