IHCD Ambulance technician course cost and funding it?

Hi all I emailed the company a few times but haven't had a reply yet. I am about to undertake my first lot of driving lessons and thought as I am about to do this I would look in to ambulance technician training. I am looking at an intensive driving course so I can go on to take my C1 and D1 driver test after passing my car test. What I wanted to know was can anyone tell me roughly how much the ambulance technician course would cost and how one might fund the course cost?

This is something I have been wanting to do for years and at 25 I feel the time is right to start gathering the info so I can start saving to take the course when I pass my driving test and sit the C1 and D1 categories after my standard test. This way I will have an idea of how much the course will cost?

I would have just applied to the Scottish Ambulance service but they don't have any vacancies and don't expect any to come up for quite some time?
