Lifeskills Medical UK : United Arab Emirates
In Abu Dhabi we maintain a permanent presence, working with the Emirates Institute for Health and Safety to provide emergency medical services training and consultancy for a number of UAE Government departments and private organisations. Regular training takes place in Al Ain, Dubai, and Ras al-Khaimah.
Working closely with EIHS, our UAE services includes consultation and planning to provide solutions to Emergency Medical Services on-going training and operational needs. This work also encompasses training to assist the UAE's emergency services ability to respond to natural and man-made emergencies and disasters.
As part of our role we provide UAE paramedic training for specific Emergency Medical Services, including Abu Dhabi International Airport, and we provide emergency preparedness courses for the general community. Integrated into our services, we have the ability to research, evaluate, report and advise on new emergency medical equipment for organisations who are undertaking an EMS and casualty evacuation role, especially for those working in remote, and hostile areas.
Emirates Institute for Health & Safety
Lifeskills Medical UK and the Emirates Institute for Health and Safety (EIHS) work as strategic partners to combine each other's professional skills, and together to deliver professional training throughout the UAE to EMS practitioners in demanding conditions, where their intervention is essential to the safety and wellbeing of the people living and working there.
Based in Abu Dhabi, EIHS is accredited by the Abu Dhabi Educational Council to promote national public health strategies to reduce deaths, injuries, disabilities and disease, through high-impact initiatives that target areas of highest demand. EIHS is an important part of the United Arab Emirates long-term strategic health and safety plan.
Together, Lifeskills Medical UK and he EIHS is giving the UAE initial research and audience identification, through to strategic planning, on-time implementation and accurate assessment. The resulting co-ordinated activities are evidence for the continuance of the best health and safety provision available.

Projects within Malta and in other countries are jointly administered by Lifeskills Medical UK and it's strategic trading partner Soteria, Malta's leading safety training company. Soteria. has excellent training facilities and resources, and is ideally situated to provide safe location short courses for North African countries. Working as a team we maintain the capability to provide clinical and emergency response driving courses for Malta and for international clients throughout Europe and North Africa.

Lifeskills Medical UK also works closely with Saint James Hospital in Sliema, providing professional pre-hospital care, in-service training, and health and safety consultation. This service includes A&E/HDU ambulances fully equipped to UK standards.
